  TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The project consists of two individual villas. These two villas are located on the traditional village of Loutra and offer spectacular view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Each villa is 87m2 and lies on an individual plot of approximately 330m2. The individual plots can allow for private swimming pools and barbeques, which are an extra option. The living room, kitchen and a small WC are located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms, bathroom and a WC are located on the first floor. The first floor has also a large terrace in order to take advantage of the panoramic view and provide maximum comfort in a peaceful environment.
